Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet of dry chicken gravy mix
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup of chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of a slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ranch dressing mix, dry chicken gravy mix, melted butter, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure that each breast is well coated.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours, or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Using two forks, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir it into the gravy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite side dish.
