Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and crushed pineapple until well combined.
3- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
4- While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
5- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth and fluffy.
6- Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
7- Spread the frosting evenly over the top of the cake.
