Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 large eggs, room temperature
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
3- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
4- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the heavy cream.
