GLAZED CARROTS

Ingredients:


1 pound baby carrots, peeled
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
1- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2- Add the carrots to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until they start to become tender.
3- Add the honey and brown sugar to the skillet and stir to coat the carrots.
4- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened and the carrots are fully cooked.
5- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6- Serve and enjoy your sweet and savory glazed carrots!
