Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions:
1- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2- Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
3- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4- Add the onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
5- Add the garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
6- Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
7- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and ground ginger.
8- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
9- Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through and the chicken and vegetables are coated evenly.
10- Serve the Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry hot and enjoy!
