Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup beef broth
Cooked rice, for serving
Directions:
1- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and beef broth until smooth.
2- In a wok or large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
3- Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to the wok and cook for an additional minute or until fragrant.
4- Add the broccoli florets to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
5- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
6- Serve the Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry hot over cooked rice.
